24/7 Water Damage Charlotte Helps Residents Prepare for the Fast-Approaching Flood Season

Charlotte Storm Damage

With the region of Charlotte being prone to flash flooding, 24/7 Water Damage Charlotte urges local residents to prepare now before it's too late.

CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA, USA, October 15, 2019 / — In the Coastal region of North Carolina, flooding season is coming quickly. Flash-floods are common in this low-lying area. That's because of the Myakka and Peace Rivers surrounding the city. There are also several other creeks and tributaries nearby that can quickly overflow. With no way to know when it's going to happen, the expert water damage restoration technicians from 24/7 Water Damage Charlotte want local residents to prepare now.

Flooding can occur at any time during the year, but between June and November, homeowners and business operators in this region should be on the lookout for rising water. With the Atlantic Ocean so close, hurricanes are the primary factor for flooding. However, heavy rainfall can lead to homes being covered with an inch of water, or levels can reach rooftops or even higher.

After assisting several customers with flood remediation following the 2018 flooding season, the mitigators at 24/7 Water Damage Charlotte urge residents to prepare for the worst ahead of time. By securing properties before disaster strikes, it can prevent costly repairs later on. Several actions can be taken before storms and heavy precipitation reach land to ensure homes and businesses stay safe and dry during this time.

Knowing the region is prone to flooding, it's best to have a flood emergency plan in place. An effective strategy includes knowing how and where to evacuate to if necessary. The NWS River Forecast Centers and the U.S. Geological Survey collaborate during flooding season to provide data about river levels and any new information about flood possibilities in the forecast. Individuals are asked to stay informed by listening to the radio or watching new stories about current conditions.

Flashlights, batteries, first aid supplies, and cash should be kept in an emergency preparedness kit that's easy to access from anywhere in the building. The restoration specialists from 24/7 Water Damage Charlotte have seen what flood damage can do. That's why they suggest that appliances, sockets, switches, critical utilities, furnaces, water heaters, and any other electrical components be moved up to a level above where base flooding occurs.

A sump pump needs to be installed if there isn't one in place already to move water away from the building. If there is an existing sump pump, then now is the time to have any maintenance or repairs taken care of. It's the only way to be assured that it will work if it's required. A battery-powered back-up sump pump is also a good idea just in case the flooding causes the power to go out.

If the property is built on a basement, seal up any walls to keep water from seeping in. There are water alarms available for purchase at most home improvement stores. One or more installed in the basement is an excellent preventative measure. Property owners can be audibly alerted when rising water is occurring. Standpipes or back-flow valves installed are also suggested for sewer lines. These affordable devices will help with the potential back up of contaminated water into the home or business space.

Finally, people can prepare for the upcoming flood season by clearing away debris from downspouts and gutters. These fixtures assist with pushing water away from the foundation or basement. That's only as long as there aren't any clogs. Fuel tanks on the exterior should be anchored down to keep them from floating away in the case of high levels of water and powerful currents. Valuables like jewelry, any vital documents, furniture, and other household materials should also be moved to a safe place.

The insurance specialists from 24/7 Water Damage Charlotte encourage property owners to review insurance policies at this time too. Basic insurance policies generally don't include flood damage protection. However, through the National Flood Insurance Program, renters, homeowners, and business owners can all get financial security for their property investments. In the event of flood damage, water damage remediation and restoration bills will be paid with the appropriate coverage in place. If there are questions about what is required or how to get it, 24/7 Water Damage Charlotte has knowledgeable customer service agents that can assist customers with the paperwork.

If flood damage has already occurred, the certified mitigators from 24/7 Water Damage Charlotte are ready to be dispatched to locations in Cornelius, Concord, Matthews, Rock Hill, Mooresville, Monroe, Mint Hill, Lake Norman, Kannapolis, Indian Trail, and the rest of the Greater Charlotte area. In most cases, they can reach clients in under an hour. These experts want everyone to know how important it is to start on emergency water damage restoration and water damage repair in Charlotte as soon as possible. The longer the standing water sits, the worse off things will get. Leaving water in a home or commercial building can lead to issues like mold, mildew, wood rot, and other structural concerns. Bacteria can quickly start growing making the living or working space unsafe to occupy without the proper protective equipment for even short times.

At 24/7 Water Damage Charlotte, technicians want to remind everyone that the best cure to flood damage is prevention. However, if there is a need for water damage restoration, remediation, or water cleanup, they are available for immediate assistance.

Real-Life “Pursuit of Happiness”: Chris Jackson Joins SurePath Wealth as Senior Wealth Advisor and Partner

Chris Jackson is joining SurePath Wealth as Senior Wealth Advisor and Partner

Chris Jackson is joining SurePath Wealth as Senior Wealth Advisor and Partner

In a Hollywood-worthy “rags to riches” story, Chris Jackson joins SurePath Wealth as a Senior Wealth Advisor and Partner.

AUSTIN, TX, UNITED STATES, October 15, 2019 / — SurePath Wealth is proud to announce that Chris Jackson is joining the firm as Senior Wealth Advisor and Partner.

Chris Jackson’s story could make for a Hollywood movie script. Orphaned at an early age, Jackson credits his early involvement in youth theater with giving him a purpose and an outlet during his foster care years. After graduating from UCLA with a Bachelor’s degree in Theater, Jackson was hit hard by the Great Recession. At one point, he was living out of his car and working at temp agencies while doing improv and stand-up comedy at night to make ends meet.

His big break came, unexpectedly, as a job opening at a local financial services firm. With no finance or business background, Jackson seized the opportunity and got to work. He maxed out his credit cards buying books about personal finance — and earned his MBA, CFP, and EA designations while working full-time. Five years after starting at Churchill Management Group as an associate, Jackson was promoted to Associate VP of Financial Planning.

Driven to positively impact more families, Jackson served in client-facing roles at Mercer for two years before venturing out on his own.

“So many people have helped me during my growing up years, whether through foster care or youth programs. I wanted to pay it back by being of service to my clients — but I couldn’t do it in a captive environment,” shared Jackson.

That was the genesis of Lionshare Partners, an RIA firm that Jackson launched in 2017.

The goal of Lionshare Partners was to teach men and women the art of managing their money and to eliminate financial information asymmetry through education and a holistic, bottom-up approach to financial planning. With a compelling vision, Jackson built a loyal audience. He also gained national visibility through features in Business Insider, The New York Times, CNN, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, and more.

However, the business of running a successful advisory practice was consuming the time that Jackson wanted to spend in front of his clients. In Jackson’s own words, “My whole life, all I ever wanted was freedom. With SurePath, I finally have the freedom to serve my clients in a way that can help eliminate their financial anxiety — and take back their future.”

With his new role as a Senior Wealth Advisor and Partner at SurePath Wealth, Jackson is taking his vision of client-first service to the next level.

“SurePath has moved past technology to build a fully integrated workflow and operating system that makes the advisor's life really easy,” Jackson concluded. “Plus, I get to keep ownership of my book of business and boost my growth.”

Patrick Brewer, the Founder and a Partner at SurePath Wealth, shared the excitement. “SurePath Wealth is the perfect platform for independent-minded and client-centric advisors like Chris Jackson,” said Brewer. “Like all our Partners, Chris gets to have his own voice and build his audience — while being supported by dedicated back office staff, practice management specialists, and an experienced marketing team.”

SurePath Wealth operates from company headquarters in Austin, TX. With the tagline of “Cubicle-Free Financial Advice,” the firm is on a mission to eliminate financial anxiety from the world. SurePath Wealth empowers independent-minded financial advisors to serve their clients better and grow faster by plugging into a modern platform that delivers technology, operations, compliance, and cutting-edge marketing support. The contractors from Fort Collins Roofing Company continue their mission to help residents with roof replacements and insurance claims throughout the area.

FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, UNITED STATES, October 15, 2019 / — It's no mystery to anyone that's lived in Fort Collins for any length of time that Colorado is one of the several states in "Hail Alley." It's a region in the United States that is highly-prone to seeing devastating hail several times throughout the season. Hail storms have resulted in billions of dollars of damages around the country each year — many of those losses being in Colorado. The expert roofing contractors from Fort Collins Roofing Company are doing what they can to help and relieve some of the stress that goes along with paying for the problems that Mother Nature causes. Contractors, customer service experts, and insurance claim specialists are working together with thousands of policyholders with their claims in the area following the significant disasters in 2019.

After being hit with teacup-sized hail, around three inches in diameter, in 2018, the northern region of Colorado from Denver to Fort Collins dealt with over $2.3 million in damages. It resulted in the state being listed as the most affected over even much bigger states. Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Texas generally get ranked higher. Fort Collins Roofing Company was put to work back then, and they remember it well. They are dealing with the same situations again this year following massive hail storms damaging the roofs of thousands of homeowners and business operators. Reports show that 17 different hail storms hit within 10 miles of the Fort Collins area in the 2019 hail season. The largest had diameters of 1.75 inches, which is plenty enough to cause severe roof and other structural damages.

Fort Collins Roofing Company is well aware of the fact that when it comes time to file insurance claims for policyholders, it's easy to become overwhelmed. That's why they have trained insurance claim specialists on their staff. They know about the separate roof deductible that is required on many policies in the state of Colorado. Many insurance companies require it because of the likelihood of losses occurring. In some situations, there are only so many times a roof can be repaired or replaced under one policy. The insurance claim specialists at Fort Collins Roofing Company are more than willing to help concerned homeowners navigate through the complicated paperwork required to get their roof repair in Fort Collins paid for.

For home and business owners that have suffered hail damages to roofing as a result fo the 2019 storms, they encourage everyone to contact them right away to get started. The procedure for getting through an insurance claim can take a while, so the sooner it's started, the faster the money comes, and then the work can be completed. It's a good idea first to check existing policies to see what the deductible is and then make sure to have that amount of money available. The next step is to notify the insurance company or agent of the damages.

Many times this is the first place that issues can arise. With insurance companies like State Farm paying out over $600 million to policyholders in one year to just Colorado residents alone, they aren't always so eager to hand over the funds. In one year, there were 142 different complaints filed against insurance companies. All of these disputes were over companies that didn't want to pay customers what they were owed for the repairs needed to their properties following hail damage storms.

Fort Collins Roofing Company can talk to insurance companies for policyholders because they have experience in dealing with the unique circumstances surrounding claims. The roofing contractors will collect all the information that the insurance company is looking for. They want to see pictures of what repairs are required. Agents also want a detailed estimate of what the expected cost is. The HAAG certified roofing inspectors at Fort Collins Roofing Company are aware of the requirements. They only contact insurance companies when they are fully prepared to avoid any unforeseen issues with claims that could slow down the process. Another option is always reaching out to the Colorado Department of Insurance directly, but this can also take some time. Especially if it is unclear what data they want to see from the start.

It's standard that insurance companies will only pay for repairs done by roofing contractors that are licensed and insured. By working with Fort Collins Roofing Company from the beginning, the step of finding the appropriate roofing contractor to complete the roof damage repairs is already taken care of. They are entirely licensed and insured for the protection and safety of themselves as well as their customers.

The trained roofing contractors at Fort Collins Roofing Company want the citizens in "Hail Alley" to know that they are available for emergency hail damage inspections 24/7. They offer quick response times so that insurance claims can be processed fast, and roofs can be repaired sooner rather than later.

The caring professionals from Fort Collins Roofing Company also want to remind residents that seemingly insignificant storms in this area can quickly turn severe. It's essential to stay informed of the current weather conditions at all times to ensure safety. Never go out during a storm to inspect for damages. Wait until after the weather has passed and then contact a professional.

Agricultural Crop Insurance Market 2019

This study concentrates on the global sector for agricultural crop insurance. Agricultural crop insurance is bought by landowners, including landowners, ranchers, and others to safeguard themselves from either the failure of their plants owing to natural disasters such as hail, drought, and flooding, or the loss of premiums owing to decreases in agricultural commodity rates. LPI(LP Information) plans over the next five years that Agricultural Crop Insurance will record a 4.4 % fold CAGR in income, reaching US$ 34,000 million by 2023, from US$ 26,300 million in 2017.

According to information from the World Bank, forestry is the cause of income for 65.0% of the bad operating inhabitants of the world. Substantial expenditure in the agricultural sector has thus become similarly important for emerging nations, especially for countries based on agriculture. The danger in the workplace of farmers is quite large because the output depends primarily on the climate. Farmers and other agro-based aftermarkets may be severely affected by crop loss due to annual differences. Another significant element is price volatility, which generates an unstable atmosphere. Variations in product rates or entry rates can have an effect on the income margin or even result in losses for crops. Investments are increasingly being produced in the agricultural sector with strong assistance from the ruling organs as well as global organizations due to these variables.

The healthcare industry for farmers is segmented by form as Crop / MPCI Insurance, Crop / Hail Insurance, Livestock Insurance, and Other Insurance. Multi-Peril Crop Insurance is one of the favored agricultural coverage categories because plant casualties are large due to a natural catastrophe. MPCI provides insurance, among others, against plant disease, drought, flood, flame, insect harm.

Regional market segments, Regional Analyses cover the following areas: Europe (Deutschland, France, United Kingdom, Russia and Italy). South America (Brazil, Argentina and Colombia) Asia-Pacific (China, Japan, Korea, India and South Asia) South America, Near East (Saudi Arabia, United Arab States, Nigeria and South Africa) MPCI Air Segment by Type.
The AGI has been divided into North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Africa and RoW geographically. In the world agricultural crop insurance industry, North America held the biggest share, its worldwide premiums in 2017 exceeded 51 percent. In addition to the Asia-Pacific region, for more than a century, European states have had any kind of crop insurance. They are now mature markets with elevated levels of penetration and give farmers extensive risk coverage.

Developing nations that managed to establish a powerful scheme of agricultural crop insurance (India, China) are demonstrating that this achievement was largely thanks to government assistance from price grants or reinsurance. North America, which has implemented Agricultural Corp Insurance, and more lately developing economies such as China, India and Brazil, fueled by quickly growing insurance coverage, could also be attributable to the growth of the Agricultural Crop Insurance sector. LPI(LP Information) plans to record 4.4% of revenue from agricultural crop insurance, reach US$ 34,000 million by 2023 and 26,300 million by the year 2017. For the next 5 years, the LPI (LP Information) projects.
